Returns & Exchanges

At P.O.S.H., we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
